These terms describe the basis on which Nexup provides this website and Classmate. They are not a complete commercial contract. They do not choose a governing law, limit liability, or set a dispute process. Those provisions are not included here.
Classmate is Nexup’s campus app. Features can change, contain defects, and be added, altered, or removed. Nothing on this website promises a release date or that every description matches every version of the app.
Homelander is in development and is not currently publicly available. Nothing here grants access to it or promises a release date.
Products built for a campus community depend on that community being usable. The expectation is straightforward:
You keep ownership of the content you create. Operating the product requires a limited permission to store and display that content to the people you intend it for.
Classmate and this website are provided as they are, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
How Classmate handles information is described in the privacy policy. You can delete a Classmate account from Settings in the app. What that removes is described at account deletion.
