This page describes how Nexup intends to handle personal information across this website and its products. Classmate is coming soon and Homelander is in development, so the specifics will be finalised alongside those products.
The intent is to collect the minimum needed for a product to work, and to be explicit about what each piece of information is for.
Information is used to operate the product you are using: showing you your classes, connecting you with classmates on your campus, and keeping accounts secure.
Where AI-assisted features process content, the goal is to support collaboration within the product rather than to build unrelated profiles of you.
We do not intend to sell personal information. Information is expected to be shared only with service providers that operate parts of the product on our behalf, or where required by law.
You should be able to access, correct and delete the information associated with your account. The exact mechanisms will be documented here as they are implemented.
