Homelander is an AI-powered real-estate discovery and matchmaking product currently in development. Buyers describe the home they want in their own words, and Homelander automates the work of finding matches.
Homelander is in development, coming later, and not currently publicly available.
We would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise. Homelander is a product in development, and this page describes where it is going.
In development
Homelander is in development and coming later. It is not currently publicly available.
There is no sign-up, download or waitlist for Homelander on this page yet. Everything described here is the product we are building, not a product you can use today.
Home search still asks people to translate what they want into dropdowns and filter sliders. Homelander starts from a sentence instead. A prospective buyer describes the home they are looking for in natural language, and Homelander uses that description to automate the process of matching them with suitable homes. Homelander is in development and is not currently publicly available.
What a buyer types
A three-bedroom place under $650k in east Austin, walkable to coffee, with a yard big enough for a dog and under 30 minutes to downtown.
What Homelander will read from it
Homelander is being built to turn a description like this into the structured requirements a search needs, then automate the matching that a buyer would otherwise do by hand.
A description can carry all of this at once — which is exactly what a set of dropdowns cannot do.
Cities, neighbourhoods, or the general area you want to end up in.
What you are actually willing to spend, described however you think about it.
How much space the home needs to have to work for you.
The room counts that make a listing worth considering.
Where you need to get to regularly, and how long you are willing to travel.
The character of the area around the home, not just the home itself.
How you live day to day, and what the home has to support.
The things that matter to you specifically and rarely fit in a filter.
When Homelander is ready for people outside Nexup, it will be announced in our updates. Until then, Classmate is the product you can follow.
